How long does an assessment take?

Assessments vary in length depending on the complexity of the client’s needs and may take up to five hours.

Where are assessments conducted?

Assessments are conducted at the consumer’s home, workplace, or the Department of Rehabilitation.

How quickly can you complete the assessment report?

We move quickly, with assessments usually scheduled within 24-48 hours of receiving authorization. Once the on-site assessment has been completed, we aim to submit a detailed report within 5-7 business days unless additional information is needed.

What is the cost for an assessment and/or training?

Do your assessment reports include follow up services?

Yes, our assessment reports include recommended products and follow-up services including training, installation and setup.

How do you select between cost-effective equipment and premium equipment?

SuccessAbility has many years of experience carrying out assessments for a wide range of clients. We aim to tactfully and intelligently recommend the most efficient, cost-effective solutions to meet your educational or career goals. Based on a variety of parameters, some clients are better off with a simple, economical solution, while others may need a premium solution. We prefer not to recommend equipment which only just meets minimum requirements; this approach usually leads to minimum performance and reduces the longevity of the product.

What regions does SuccessAbility serve?

SuccessAbility provides on-site assessments throughout California. Please contact us for availability in your area. Travel fees may apply.

Does SuccessAbility provide training or other services?

SuccessAbility can provide delivery, set-up and training on a request basis. Workplace assessments (surveying health, safety and risk factors) may also be available on a request basis. Please contact us for more information.
