Client interview

We collect feedback from the consumer regarding positive and negative factors within the work, home or academic environment as well as external activities.

Observation

Our observation methods are developed to systematically assess the workstation and broader work environment. This helps us establish priorities for prevention and intervention, and determine the necessary solution(s).

Evaluation

Our service member will help determine the appropriate solutions, often with product samples the end user can try during the assessment itself. Our approach incorporates proven methods for solving existing issues, and preventing potential ones.
